The PELICAN, the 56' custom, was originally delivered to owner/operator Arch Bracher in April, 2000. He jumped onto the bridge and headed down to Mexico within a week of the delivery! PELICAN is a true testament of what a well-maintained sportfish can be. Paul Mann Boats Dominate 27th Annual Alice Kelly Ladies Only Billfish Tournament August 14th 2016! LO QUO SEA takes first place!

The 56’ Paul Mann LO QUO SEA held the first place positon after a full day of action and tough competition from all 92 boats entered in the 27th Alice Kelly Ladies Only Tournament! LO QUO SEA, captained by Kevin Paul, racked up five sailfish releases, good for 500 points to win. Lora Whitehurst and Karen Kremser scored two sails apiece, while Amy McGurk added another. Andrew Brady and Lenny Schelin are LO QUO SEA’s excellent mates.

23rd Annual Pirate’s Cove Billfish Tournament (2006)

131 boats competed, 8 were Paul Mann Boats.  Top Boat: Pelican - Capt. Arch Bracher Jr. on the 56 foot Paul Mann 10 white Marlin, 1 sailfish, 770 points, $584,762.50 Along with mate Pat Bracher and Josh Howard, anglers aboard were Doug Hinson, Alan Huband, Bran Light, and Nick Morris.  In all the team took seven first place awards.
