COA Receives Donation from Paul Mann Custom Boats, Inc.

Paul and Robin Mann of Paul Mann Custom Boats donated a handcrafted conference table to the College of The Albemarle Foundation. The table, made of various hardwoods, was built using remnant pieces repurposed from Mann custom interiors. The top is made from teak and holly with ash sea-rails. The sea-rail is similar to that of the traditional nautical sea-rail. The legs are made of poplar and there is a teak band around the base of the table top. The PELICAN, the 56' custom, was originally delivered to owner/operator Arch Bracher in April, 2000. He jumped onto the bridge and headed down to Mexico within a week of the delivery!
